Every year the Missouri Division of the IAFC comes together to offer education to fire service leaders. For three
days you have the opportunity to build relationships, explore the latest topics in the fire service, and refocus your
administrative mindset.

Poudre Fire Authority (PFA) is honored to host the 2024 conference. PFA is a multi-faceted, all-hazards response
agency serving 230 square miles of beautiful Northern Colorado. We are an organization, a family, and a community
partner that is committed to protecting life and property by being prompt, skillful, and caring. Our actions are
anchored in the guiding principle of “Service Above Self.”  We look forward to gathering fire chiefs from around the
nation to collaborate and learn from each other about how to better serve our respective communities as well as
