Risk Reduction and Living Safe

At PFA, risk reduction is integrated into all positions and divisions of the agency. This includes on-the-line firefighters, division chiefs, fire inspectors, risk reduction coordinators, and communicators.

The risk reduction programs are designed to help people live their safest lives by being ready to make informed decisions and protect their homes based on trusted information.

Group courses are typically listed as events on the PFA Facebook page and the homepage of this website.

Are you looking for another way to interact with your local firefighters or learn about the fire service?

Anyone interested in the fire service is always welcome to stop by a fire station and visit with the crew and learn more.

Invite Poudre Fire Authority to an event or request a fire station tour here.
Request a Poudre Fire Authority course (such as a fire extinguisher training or wildfire mitigation assessment) or resource here.
