Poudre Fire Authority (PFA) has community rooms available for use in several fire stations and facilities. The rooms may be reserved by nonprofit organizations with (501(c)3 status, homeowners' associations, and community groups. PFA is happy to offer these rooms free of charge.  

Rooms may be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. when not in use by PFA.

Community rooms must be reserved within 30 days of the requested date.  Forms submitted more than 30 days in advance of the requested date will need to be resubmitted. This helps maintain access across the community. 

To reserve a community room, please follow the steps below.

1.  Carefully review the entire Use of Facilities Policy. This document includes additional information about the rooms as well as guidelines for the use.

Some important conditions include:

• No food is allowed in the community rooms.
• Restrooms and refreshment areas adjacent to the room are available.
• Facilities must be returned to the condition and arrangement in which they were found prior to leaving the premises.
• No pets, animals, plants, hazardous materials, or other items that could cause danger are permitted in PFA facilities. Exceptions include service animals or public safety animals. 
•  The responsible party (waiver signee) must be present during the use of the room.

2. Complete and submit the Poudre Fire Authority Community Room Request and Waiver Form here.

• Have you previously completed this online form? If so, you do not need to resubmit your driver's license and signature for subsequent requests as long as the "responsible party" is the same.

After completing the steps above, you will receive communication (phone call or email) confirming your reservation and arranging access to the room, typically within two business days or less.
