If we can't reach you, we can't warn you of emergencies that may occur in our community.
You can sign up to receive emergency notifications through the Larimer Emergency Telephone Authority, or LETA, at www.leta911.org.
People may opt in to get notifications in regard to specific addresses, and choose the means by which they receive them: text, call, email, or all three. For example, you could register to get alerts regarding your work and home addresses. For our business partners, we would recommend that multiple employees register multiple devices to receive alerts to ensure that communications come through as many channels as possible.
This is one invaluable tool we can use to communicate clear and life-safety information when it matters most, be it during a future gas leak, active shooter event, or wildfire.
Please direct any questions you have about signing up for emergency alerts to our partners at LETA directly, either online, by phone at 970-962-2170 or in person at LETA's offices, 380 N. Wilson Ave. in Loveland.
