    PFA Headquarters Re-opens to the Public

    Poudre Fire Authority (PFA) is excited to announce the re-opening of Headquarters at 102 Remington St. As of this Monday, June 15th, the office will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with limited capacity and staff.

    Firefighters Extinguish Invisible Flames of Ethanol Fire at Distillery

    PFA Firefighters extinguished an ethanol fire at a distillery Wednesday afternoon. Three patients were assessed and thankfully there were no injuries. The HAZMAT team was dispatched since ethanol is highly flammable, toxic and a strong oxidizer which created a potentially more volatile scene.

    Grease Fire Displaces Three People from Multi-family Structure

    Three people were displaced by a grease fire this morning on the 1000 block of Sol Vista Ln. PFA was dispatched to the fire at 10:50 a.m. and arrived on scene less than five minutes later. Thankfully, there were no injuries. The resident of the unit where the fire started self-evacuated.
