Headquarters Closed Starting March 16
Fire Stations in Full Service & Fire Prevention Services Continue
PFA Headquarters at 102 Remington St. closed starting Monday, March 16. Employees will work remotely to support our public health and safety partners slow the spread of COVID-19 in northern Colorado and beyond. All decisions are made through a review of service to the community, protection of our employees, and considerations of their families and loved ones.
Fire stations will remain open and ready for service. PFA firefighters are trained to provide care to patients with potentially contagious viruses and are ready to continue that care. Firefighters have updated personal protection equipment should they respond to a potential COVID-19 patient.
"We are ready and have plans in place to maintain the prompt, skillful and caring service our community expects and needs from us, especially in this evolving situation." -Fire Chief Tom DeMint
Calls to PFA Headquarters have been forwarded and will be answered and supported by the Administrative Assistants.
PFA is relying on guidance and direction issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment (LCDHE) and our EMS Battalion to formulate and implement response plans. Please look to the CDC and LCDHE for timely updates and health advice.
As always, call 911 in an emergency.
